Dear sir/madam, I am murad hasan, male and 32 years of age. I am 5?5?? and weighs 58 kg. I am unmarried. When I was 14 years of age I had an orchitis in left testicles but the right one was fine. After treatment with some medications without any kind of surgery, I became fine within 1 week. But, after passing some 4 or 5 years I noticed that, the testicle is getting smaller than the normal size and gradually it becomes very small perhaps, it has been withered. But, still I am ejaculated when nocturnal emotions occur and my penis erects when I feel excited. My question is: is there still any risk present on that testicle or will the right one which is fine be affected later? How can I keep it healthy for my next life? As I am unmarried and going to marry soon, can I be able to lead healthy sexual life with my single testicle or be able to make my wife pregnant? To do so, is there any advice from you? Thanks, murad hasan.

Hello- Orchitis refers to inflammation of the testicles. Its main symptoms are pain and swelling in the testicles, but it can also cause nausea and fever. While the swelling can initially make your testicles look larger, orchitis can eventually lead to testicular atrophy/shrinkage. the symptoms of testicular atrophy include- decreased sex drive. infertility. reduced muscle mass. absent or reduced facial hair growth. absent or reduced pubic hair growth. softer testicles. It is best not to waste any more time and consult a good ayurveda doctor before the damage becomes permanent.
