My 2 month old baby girl is spitting out lactogen -1 that is fed to her. She is also breastfed but not so frequently please suggest the diagnosis.

Maybe she's got gas which is common in bottle fed infants. Use spoon or palladai to feed.

I would advise breastfeeding exclusively for 6 months. Spitting out some amount of milk (breast milk or formula) is not a big issue, it's a natural thing. But if bringing out more than 50% of the amount fed might require some medications. Dose depends on the weight of the baby.

if baby is breast fed since birth baby may not like top feeds and spit out but if vomitting is persitent with abdominal distension then needs to be consulted in person.
