I am 31 year old female and I have pain and swelling at the button of my left rib bone (just below the breast bone)(swelling in breastbone also) sometimes in upper part of chest also from past 25 days before it I had chest pain for couple of days, in that case I taken gelusil now no problem but i?m unable to recognize whether it?s a muscle or something else, please guide me.
