I have 2 months 23 days old baby birth weight 2.8 kg now 3.6 kg my bm is not sufficient to baby so am giving fm of 60 ml to baby please say can I continue the same and how much fm I should give. Now am giving every 3 hours 60 ml along with bm. Even after feeding 60 ml he will be crying for milk. please say what to do.

If baby wants then can start breast milk and formula milk but please be sure always try for breast milk first then after 30 minutes you can give formula milk.

Based on tolerance you can give formula milk but kindly try everytime for exclusive breast milk. Amount depends upon tolerance of baby can tolerate more than can continue.

Hello, you can give 80 ml feed every 3 hrs, also you can breast feed along with that feed. It is advisable to continue breast feeding exclusively upto 6 months of age.
