I've had hair fall issues since last year which got better consuming seacod cap (1 per day). After the location with prescription, I started taking celin and supradyn for immunity and also due to vitamin d deficiency. But my hair fall has started again and it comes off with normal touch, especially during shampoo (scalpe lotion as prescribed). The hair roots are also very thin and small. Please suggest ways I can control this hair fall. I am not allowed to use hair oil due to bullous pemphigoid.
