First of all you shud remember that if young child is passing stool once even in 2 days that is normal if stool is not very hard and child is not having difficulty in passing the stools. Constipation is a common in especially in formula feeds. Following tips might be helpful for you: most advisable thing to do is to switch to breast feeding as far as possible. It will provide better immunity to your child plus lot of other benefits like better intelligence of the baby in future as well lesser risk of developing diabetes, allergy, obesity in future. Then you should have a correct dilution of infant milk substitute (lactodex in your case), i.e. Generally 1 scoup to be dissolved in 30 ml of luke warm water. Please check the instruction on the container of the formula, too much concentrated formula can be cause of constipation in many children. If after correcting all these factors also if you continue to have the problem please contact me.
