Im 19 year male, my pubic area has been started to itch since a few days, also my testicles cause itch. I can see some red rashes on inner thighs and pubic area. What can it be? Also I shave my pubic hair occasionally.

It can be because of jock itch or fungal infection. The condition most often occurs when people wear tight-fitting clothing that traps in moisture. Wash the affected skin two to three times a day.
