I had a fistula/abcess surgery by laser on jan 20,2020. After operation, I feel discomfort but after taking antibiotics amoxyllin 650 and zerodol sp, day by day I feel better and at night I had taken evict laxative for loose stool. But still my pain persists, some puss or discharge is coming and due to this my anal area pain and dry. I feel very pain while passing stool and when sitting at office. I do not know why. Since my fistula or abcess has been removed by laser surgery then why still pain is being persists. Please let me know any treatment to get out from this pain. Now, as a days I am using cremagel or betadine at anal area then I feel better but after sometime again pain starting. Please suggest. But I do not want to surgery again.
