Sir/madam I am suffering from any kind of weakness in my pennis, my pennis is not fully erect and i'm discharge in only 5-6 stroke, this is happened with me from 28 months, my age is 30 yrs, this is very painful for me, some kind of weakness also I feel in my lower body, feeling sleepy whole day, before 2018 my physical condition is superb, I don't know how it is happened, not any kind of disease I have, no blood pressure, no diabetes, i'm not alcoholic, not smoker.
