I have a small hole in my eardrum and also liquid is draining from it, a doctor told to use candibiotic ear drops. Is it safe? Will the eardrum be affected with the drops?

A small hole in the drum closes on its own provided no water enters that ear and you take utmost care not to get an attack of cold.Keep the ear dry and keep an antihistamine at home at all times. Avoid consuming cold items.
