Is it possible that fungal infections may cause chronic prostate, I am having symptoms like burning sensation at penile tip, prostate and testicle strain. It's has been there from last 4 years, and has destroyed my sexual sensations, I am 25 years old. Psa level is 1.4 and testosterone is 285 when tested recently. Should I go with ayurvedic? As I have tried alfoo tablets and some antibiotics for a month but no relief.
