Am 21 years, suffering from recurrent vaginal trash, have use fluconazole several but still not treated, any best treatment available?

Hello lybrate-user if you are facing this problem again and again, make sure you checked your sugar levels once and also undergo a vaginal swab to know the pathogen causing it. Because fluconazole only works for fungal infection and in fungal infection also in only certain types of fungi. There are other fungi which can cause this problem for which fluconazole doesn't work. You will need probiotics for vaginal flora and treatment for mixed infection, which may not get cured by only anti fungal like fluconazole.
