I have prolonged symptoms of ibs. I have been treated for hm pylori infection last year and doctor said the prolonged inn has developed ibs for me. I also take regular medications for high bp and cholesterol which includes eritel ch 40, benidipine 4 and tonic 10. For the past few days, ibs symptoms have triggered a bit, with incomplete bowel evacuation, mild intestinal cramps and gas. Kindly advise.
