I am taking yasmin drug as a contraceptive, I have a pack with one missed active pill currently this drug is not anymore available in my country, my question is can I take an active yaz pill instead of the missed yasmin pill.

But the main difference is that yasmin is mainly used for contraception or cycle regularization while yaz has other benefits of treating acne and pre-menstrual syndrome (pms). Do not start the other drug while you are in the middle of one drug cycle. Leave this cycle, can start yaz next cycle (24 pink tabs, then 4 white tabs).
