Since last 4-5 days. I feel sting and burning sensation while stool is passing. Stool is not hard. But sting and burning stays. I think my vaginal infection reached to anal. A month ago I had an enema. After that I use cremaffin or duphalac sometimes. Sting and itch is increasing. No blood occur. I'm facing vaginal yeast infection since march 2020 (white green discharge with burning sensation pain itching sore) yesterday I started taking echinacea q.will this medicine help me in anal problems too?

If you are having green discharge then it's likely you have more than a simple fungal infection. You will need specific antibiotics. Also because of the constipation, the area around your backpassage has gotten inflamed due to repeated constipation and we can prescribe certain creams and local treatments to help it heal. Echinacea is a homeopathic medicine and I don't think it really works, but you can take it if your homeopathic doctor has prescribed you. Personally I would give you local creams to calm the nerves around your backpassage that will help with the tingling and give you antibiotics for the greenish discharge and do investigations to see why your infection isn't getting controlled since march.
