My girl child 4 1/2 age having cough periodically daily at exactly one time cough. From 3 weeks. And I used syp. Augmentin and another cough syp. But cough not stopped. Again after few days I use syp. Mountare lc after using this syp suddenly within half an hour my child was free from cough. Inspite off all medications. Only my child responding to syp. Mountare lc. And am using this for 2 weeks. What is the reason and problem off my child exactly having. And how many days can I use this syp. Pls tell me. Am worried about my child condition.

Your baby is suffering from allergic condition It might be allergic bronchitis. You get her CBC,ESR,Sputum for AFB and CXR done. Avoid allergens like dust, fumes,smoke,pollen, exposure to extreme cold and hot climates
