I am on following medication: - topaz 25 - duzela 20 - cipralex 5 mg - zolfresh 5 (alternate days) - thyronorm 100 for hypothyroidism I have been facing frequent headache problem for almost 4 months now. Went to neurosurgeon with complaint of severe pain in centre of head too. He added topaz 25 to my ongoing medication of anxiety. I still get headaches like thrice a week with severe pain in centre of the skull. Pls advise.

Headache can be primary or secondary type. To differentiate between these and subtypes, it is essentisl to know about site of pain, type and duration of pain, associated features and alleviating and aggravating factors. Secondary headaches can be due to eye diseases or brsin diseases like cvt, iih etc. You can upload the details so that we can help you.
