Nose block may be due to allergy or some defect in nose like deviated septum. Try to identify allergic cause like dust, pollution, change of weather, strong odor etc. Avoid it. Dear lybrate-user, nose block itself is associated with shortness of breath in allergic rhinitis with bronchial asthma, since you do not have cough this condition is ruled out, as you do not have cold simple rhinitis is ruled out. A deviated septum will not result in shortness of breath. Do you have fever which you have not mentioned ,please give a full description of your symptoms.
