I'm 25 years old indian. I started to have burning in clitoris in 2017. Earlier it was only some days but from past one year I have this burning almost all the time. I get this constant irritation in clitoris and have urge to urinate throughout the day. It just never feel normal down there. I don't have pain in vulval region, but nothing helps in burning. Even touch with water causes discomfort down there in clitoris .on touch it feels too tense. I have also been diagnosed with interactive bladder. And have been told to do catheterization 5-6 times a day but my area is too sensitive. It hurts too much if it gets touched on clitoris or just below it. I have tried icepack nad taken amitriptyline for 3 months .nothing seems to help I feel hopeless.

I think you are talking of over active bladder. I wonder why you have been asked to do self catheterisation? Have u been given Botox injections? Otherwise there is no reason why you should be undergoing self catheterisation. The burning sensation is because of constant irritation of the area due to self catheterisation. There are plenty of drugs for over active bladder Rashi, have you Recieved them? Also I am very curious to know how the diagnosis of overactive bladder was made. I understand you condition, but I need to know more information before I can prescribe u medicines for the clitoral burning.
