Only 1 missed abortion is not of much significance and except for routine reports nothing else is required. With 2 or more abortions lot of reports are required. Ovacare are only nutrients so your complaints are not related to same. For complaints meet concerned doctor.

OVACARE FORTE can be helpful ONLY if you have PCOS. Otherwise, the medicine should not be taken. The exact reason for missed miscarriage is not known, it may be related to baby's abnormality. Most of the time, this does not happen in next pregnancy.
