What is the difference between velgut and bifilac are the both same I was using velgut from a while but it wasn't able to control my diarrhea but when I switched to bifilac instead of velgut it quickly controlled my diarrhea and helped my constipation too are the both same if yes then why didn't velgut work can I continue taking bifilac sachet if yes for how long should I continue taking it and what does.
