My cycles finished on 18 jun and I had sex on 21jun then I got my period for only 2 days on 18th-19july wasn't as usual it was either light nor heavy then it stopped again I got few spotting on 22july. Am I pregnant? I have visited a lady she has given me regestrone 5 mg for 5 day (twice) (my stomach is little bigger then past months and also i'm facing little pain)

Have you checked with pregnancy test, if not do that. If you took some emergency contraception, that might be cause of irregular bleeding in menses.

As you had sex in your safe period, the chances of pregnancy are very less; still do a urine pregnacncy test before taking any medicines; yours is most probably a case of intermittent bleeding; you shud take tablet tstat (stops bleeding) for 3 days thrice a day to stop your spotting; I will not recommend you to take regesterone for 5 days as you again have spotting 2,3 days after you finish regesterone.

Good evening. Sorry for the late reply. Please avoid taking regestrone for 5 days. Don't take. your bleeding for 2 days was normal most likely. As you had intercourse on 21 at june just day 4 from your period date, chances to conceive are very less. Egg releases on day 14. Wen egg and sperm meets then only you can become pregnant. So your period on 18 th july should be normal bleeding. If still in doubt get a test. By now your result can confirm.
