Pls get your thyroid profile checked to see whether thyroid is controlled; secondly stop krimson its a birth control pill; continue metformin as it helps in conception; you wil have to undergo follicular study from day 12 of your cycle in the next cycle you get to see whether you are ovulating; if no ovulation you will be needed to put on ovulating agents by a gynaecologist in the subsequent cycle; disc problem will not affect your conception. When planning for pregnancy, continue thyronorm and metformin. Try to reduce 10% of your wt, approx 5-6 kgs, it will help you a lot for pcod problem. Follow regular diet and excercise, reduce wt in 3-4 mths, then plan pregnancy.

You will have to keep your thyroid hormone status normal, by keeping the tsh level at 2.5 miu/lyou can continue metformin and krimson. But you have to use drugs for induction of ovulation.

You can't get pregnant by taking krimson as it also acts as a contraceptive so stop krimson and start conceiving meanwhile you will also need folic acid.
