I have develop lichen simplex on scrotum or can be called scrotal dermatitis. I do not have much itch however I do have burning sensation. Skin is also peeling of after 3-4 days. Also I have burning sensation at tip of penis while urinating. I am taking althrocin 500 mg twice daily along with betnesol. I am applying candid total cream and candid powder. Is it the right treatment strategy or should I change.
