We got married on 30 march 2018 and now we are planning for a baby from may 2020. Around 3 months have passed we are tying but not able to conceive. My problem is when I have around 6-7 days left for my periods to come. I have severe stomachache, backache, and even problem in standing, seems I have all pregnancy symptoms. But at the last periods came. And all hopes broken I wanted to know what causing this to happen. Why so much pain is there? According to you what are the reasons.
