Sir start medication of pulmonary tuberculosis akurit -4 every day and benadon 40 mg tablet on evening 3 time in weeks from 4th july and I diagnosed tb by bronchoscopy bal. (genexpert) sir I have notes coughing -up blood and mild lungs pain last 3 days (i have note blood come on 15 july also) what to do I am worry. please answer.

lybrate-user, coughing our blood can be serious so kindly contact your treating physician. Continue you tb medicines and take tablet tranexa 500 mg three times a day with syp chericoff 10 ml three times a day. Don't exert yourself, take complete rest and don't try to cough deliberately. But I would suggest to talk to your treating physician, as he will have better idea of your condition.
