My grandmother aged 77 years old has bp, diabetes and thyroid for which she s taking tables regularly. Recently, we had taken all blood test for her. Everything s normal except uric acid which seems to be high. She s having back pain, excess sweating, joint pains, excess fatigue and not able to even walk. So we took additional blood tests which rules out arthritis where ra factor seems to be high as 84 and anti ccp test s positive having value as 15. Ecg and bp s normal. Is this some thing very serious? Pls advise also, in the first consultation with rheumatologist, doc advised her to take few tablets suspecting rheumatoid arthritis. By mistake, she had taken tayo 60 k 7 tablets daily continuously. Doc advised her to take that tablet once in 15 days only. What should we do in this case. Is this some thing to worry. Pls advise us on how to proceed.
