1.5 years I had vertigo bppv, now from a week feeling lite giddiness and makes uneasy. Is there a permanent cure. Can I take betavert 16 mg to over come these. Is there any homeopathy or ayurveda medicine so that I can avoid side effects of allopathy. Thanks.
