Sir, tell me about anemia what tha cause of anemia and tell me about to increase the hb level.

1Anaemia is due to low hemoglobin. Do complete blood analysis and peripheral smear examination to find out the cause of anaemia 2. It could be due to many reasons. 3.There are various type of anaemia like nutritional anaemia/Hemolytic anaemia/ aplastic anaemia etc which can cause low hemoglobin. 4.Consult doctor with blood report. 5Take good nourishing diet like milk, egg, fish, mutton, chicken, fresh green leafy vegetables,tomato fruits like apple,dry fruits like khajoor,kismiss soybean, Pulses, pane er, cheese etc 6 Drink plenty of water, 7.Go for regular exercise, Take adequate rest, 8.Avoid physical and mental exertion. 9.Take Haem up syrup 3 tsf twice daily before food 10. consult for further advice

Iron deficiency anaemia occurs when the body does not have enough iron, leading to the decreased production of red blood cells. Red blood cells carry oxygen around the body. A lack of iron can be caused by several factors.
Take Biofungin syrup, 2 tsp twice daily.
Take Ferrum  met 3x, 2 tabs twice daily.
Eat green leafy vegetables , carrots and beetroot and dry fruits.
