Hello lybrate-user. Since you skipped your period, it's better to take a urine pregnancy test once. You can go to any medical shop and ask for "preganews" or "velocit kit" it is a simple home test. If the test is negative, you can use tab. Crina ncr 10 mg for 5 days. You can expect your period within one week of stopping the tablet. -meanwhile, you need to evaluate why the periods have missed. If the pregnancy test is negative, then go for thyroid test, and an ultrasound to know the cause. -if you are positive, consult a gyn. - for further followup, consult me online privately. 2-5 days delay is normal if your ppregnancy test is negative. If it is very much delayed say 15 days you can use cyclical hormones for 2-3 cycles, but you won't conceive during that period of time.
