Thanks. You are severely immunocompromised. By taking unproven medicines you are further harming yourself. You will need art. Such things can not be done on public forum. Hello. Please be aware that your cd4 count is very low and exposes you to common and possibly fatal opportunistic infections. You need immidiate anti retroviral therapy. Since its life long therapy you please get registered with naco govt clinic to get free treatment and care. Avoid any unproven and useless therapies which can harm you more. Please don't delay your therapy. Thanks.
