Namaste sar, I had pinprick sensation in left legs toes in the fourth toe and slightly on the third toe and had disturbed sleep the pinpricking sensation was intermittent. Today my my morning fbs was 118. Currently, I am taking glycomet gp 0.05 mg before breakfast. Kindly suggest some medication for this pin pricking sensation on my left foot toes

You need to get a few tests done like hba1c, ncv of your left foot first to rule out any other pathologic cause. A detailed work up needs to be done before medicines can be prescribed.
