In nov 2019 I began smoking cigarette 2 units daily. Since april 2020, I am having plugged/fullness feeling in my right ear. Sometime pop sound also occurs. When I yawn or chew gum, it decrease but again returns back. Fullness/pressure sensation is felt across the right ear along with right cheek.in the beginning I consulted a local ent he suggested amoxicillin&levocetirizine, it reduced but again returned back. Currently I am on 6 day course of azithromycin and levocetirizine. X-ray of sinus and soft tissue of neck revealed nothing as per ent. I am having this pressure/fullness/blocked/plugged sensation, please help. I have no difficulty in breathing or swallowing. Indigestion issue/acidity is slightly present for which I am not taking any medicine. My age is 28, weight 68 kg, height 5 ft7 inch.

You may be having a blocked eustachian tube either because of long standing nasal blockage or allergy. You may need a nasal decongestant to unblock the tube. Or else try valsalva manuovre. Tjats blowing the cheeks as if you are blowing a baloon and pinch nose. Or else best to consult an ent specialist.
