Hello you seem to be having exaggerated lumbar lordosis, that is increased spinal curvature. This can be postural or structural. You would need to get basic xrays of your l-s spine to distinguish between the two. Start spine flexibility and strengthening exercises. Take care of your posture while sitting and sleeping. If problem persists beyond few days, feel free to contact for a detailed evaluation and personalised consult.
