I am hiv positive patient. I have started my treatment two days ago. Government doctor gave me (tenofovir disoproxil fumarate, lamivudine and efavirenz tablets ip 300 mg/300 mg/600 mg, trimethoprim and sulfamethoxazole tablets). I am feeling dizziness, feeling slight change in breathing and also stools.

Hello sir. In the beginning you will have some side effects of the medication you are having and over the time period you may start tolerating the meds. The govt Dr. has given you the therapy that is given as per government's protocols, though new regimes are now in the who's latest protocols. Please see, since it is a life long therapy it is better to discuss your symptoms with your treating doctor. Thanks.
