Good mng sir, I am 36 year, I do not take milk, curd, paneer or any milk product due to milk intolerance. Whenever I take milk or any milk products I feel heaviness and acidity in upper abdomen and chest, I feel very uncomfortable till omit it. I have taken some homeopathic medicine and allopathy too but didn't get any response. When I had taken allopathic treatment I used milk products with very little these symptoms. When I did stop the medicine the symptoms are appeared. Please tell if it can be cured permanently. thank you a k mishra.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. While it's true that milk can temporarily buffer stomach acid, nutrients in milk, particularly fat, may stimulate the stomach to produce more acid. Even though milk might not be a great heartburn remedy, however, it's a rich source of bone-building calcium. Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
