Suffering from pain in neck, arms and shoulders since 2 months also i'm having diabetic. Have taken ultracet, gabamax gold, gabaneuron but no relief. Please help.

Dear madam, your complaints may be due to cervical spondylosis. If pain is not relieved, please take an xray of cervical spine and shoulder and send to me. You can try wearing a neck collar also. Please take calcium and vitamin d supplements.

Pain in neck going to arms and shoulder can be due to nerves compression in neck region. There can be many reasons to it: mechanical/ postural, nutritional deficiencies, muscle imbalance. Kindly correct your posture, don't lift weights.
