I am suffering from sleep disorder. Some night I do not get sleep the whole night. Doctor prescribed tridon 100 and measure md which I took for more than four months. I was o.k. Without medicines till last three months but now again sleep disorder started. Should I continue the medicines and how long. Are these medicines safe.
