Hi, I am facing hair fall and dandruff issue. The problem is whenever my hair become wet, I see a white substance is stick to my scalp. It happens every time whenever I bathe or wash hair or while sweating. The same thing happened with eyebrows and beard. I don't know what is this sticky substance. It causes itchiness as well. every time my hair, eyebrow or beard get wet, this sticky white substance gets visible. Can you please tell me what is this condition and help me in curing it.
