I am married for 2 years but still my husband couldn't penetrate inside vagina as it pains a lot. I am unable to bear this pain my thigh amd vaginal muscles become tight. Can we apply lidocaine 5% gel inside vagina? How to apply this inside vagina? How long will the effect last? Will there be any side effects? Pls do not suggest increase foreplay and talk to your partner, we have tried every possible thing but nothing worked. We are planning fir a baby ,pls suggest.

You can apply lidocaine 2% gel .apply it internally 15-30 minutes before intercourse .it's a local anaesthetic agent. It will relief you of pain. Once you're sucessful in doing intercourse after lidocaine application you can stop using it .it will not have any side effects. You both can also go for counseling.
