Hello doctors. My daughter of 7 months old feeding on lactogen recover and rice cereal is having loose stool from past three days and today she has passed stool 6 times. I want to know if it is because of teething or what to feed her now? Lactogen recover was prescribed by her doctor last month because she had an infection and had bloody stool and told to keep feeding lactogen recover after that.

Kindly keep continue feeding along with breast feed to and if possible than upri aahar also helpful for 7 months baby. Second constipation or loose motion happens this is just normal only thing need to mind is keep hydrate your baby.

Avoid bottle feed if doing Continue cerelac with utmost hygiene Give uno biotic sachet and ORS to control diarrhoea Plenty of fluids are recommended

Give her oral rehydration syrup and zinc supplements once a day about twenty miligram.

Could be due to teething, could be due to bottle feed if child is having bottle. Well you can add z &d drops 1 ml once daily, enterogermina 1 mini bottle morning evening. Plus stop bottle feed if child is on bottle. U can add home cooked food also. Get a stool r/m stool ph and reducing substance done.

You have to check either dilution water is from good source, you have to boil water in the morning and use that for whole day for dilution, you can even give any other milk if it is from clean sources, for loose motion start superflora gg sachet 1 sachet daily once for 3 days, directly put it on tongue. Watch for urine output. If child is going for urine adequately and no weight loss then no need to worry, keep her hydrated with ors, milk, water or any liquid. Teething does not cause diarrhea except if she is putting any things in the mouth from floor or elsewhere which make her cause infection.

Hello. Teething has no correlation with loose stool. You can give him ors solution & z & d drops 1 ml od for 14 days.
