I have headache over the vertex of skull for last 6-8 month. Nothing on mri & ct scan of brain. I have cervical spondylosis. My bp is 125/85, I take telmikind am. Sleep is also down. Now what medicine should you prescribed for me for relief of my headache. I have nausea but no vomiting.
