I have deviated septum, My left nose is 90% Block. I do not want to do surgery, What should I do?

If deviation is gross and your problem is of long duration and effecting your daily routine then you should go for surgery (septoplasty). There is nothing to worry about the surgery. There will not be any scar mark and can be done by endoscopic method with a fast recovery and same day discharge.
