tab siphene is an ovulation inducing drug .it contains clomiphene citrate.in pcod patients have anovulation.given to induce ovulation. if ovulation occurs you may conceive . if not then given for 3-6 cycles if conception does not occur then other ovulation induction medicines are added

It alldepends on male factor, follicular maturation, and endometrial receptivity and your antimullerian hormone level (normal 1 ng/ml. You can get details from me on consultation. I give 50 mg of siphene during the first cycle. If the patient is sensitive, chance of conceptioni is 40%. Normoz is effective in pcod.
