I have pcos. Today day 2 of my cycle. I am taking metformin for past one month, and going to start letrozole 2.5 mg from day 2 to day 5. And also iu 75 injection from day 7 to alternate days. What is my success rate in follicle growth? Last cycle I took only injections, but didn't achieve good follicles, so cycle was cancelled. I am trying to get pregnant for past 3 yrs. I underwent laparoscopic surgery last year, but my doctor opted out to drilling because I had only tiny cysts and need to operate. Only hsg was done. And my blood reports are normal. My cycled ate irregular. I get periods only on pills. No natural cycle for past 2 yrs.
