I am having itching and fungal like infection in my left hand finger area. Please suggest me any allopathic med. miconazole ointment m using but it's not reducing.

fungal infections are in the rise for past 2 years all india. Fungus became very intelligent and stubborn and making people suffer like anything. Fungus is not responding like before. Fungal infections are becoming resistant to treatment now a days. Follow proper dosing of oral (like itraconazole) and topical cream (like sertaconazole/ luliconazole. Keep the area dry and clean. Use separate towel for u. Visit nearest dermatolgist. Thanks.
