Good morning lybrate-user. Neem extract has been shown to possess anti fungal properties. Some salts in the chemical sense (compound derived from mixture of an acid and a base) such as epsom salt has also shown anti fungal properties. But these compounds are generally not used as the main modes to treat ringworm. Antifungal medications given at present, are more potent and have a higher chance of treatment success provided they are used in the right way and for the right duration.
