I am pcod patient and last 2-3 months I am suffering from severe pain on my periods. I did ultrasound .my ultrasound report is -right kidney shows mild fullness of pelvicalyceal system and upper ureter and bilateral ovaries are enlarged in size with raised stroma echogenicity and peripherally arranged follicles no dominant follicle seen on either ovary .is it serious problem and what is it means ?thanks.
