Plz suggest an anticold tablet as I have nasal congestion, slight pain in throat and jaw bone all one side.

Nasal congestion can be because of allergens so avoid the allergen if possible. Please visit ent specialist, will advice you the medicated nasal spray after proper nose examination. Do the nasal washing or use saline nasal spray for regular cleaning of nose. For pain take paracetamol if unbearable.
