Meri baby ,3 years ki jai use pet mien kidey ho jatey hai barik wale wo night mien jyada paresan karti hai albendazole se fayda nahi ho raha hai koi.

That's bcoz of auto infection. Use albendazole 10 ml once daily every week for maybe one month.

She has "thread worm" it's very chronic problem. 1. Keep her nails cut. 2. Apply soft soap with froth (lifebuoy soap) on her anal area and wash with plain water whenever she complains of intense itching. 3. Give her albendazole and ivermectin combination (bandy plus suspension). 10 ml at bed time and repeat after 15 days. (this is one dose.) this should continued every 6 months for 2 years. Ie. 4 times in 2 years.
